Spanning 6 weeks, this program offers personalized guidance and support to help participants build sustainable habits, enhance their physical fitness, and improve their overall well-being.

Initial Assessment: The program kicks off with a thorough assessment of each participant's current fitness level, nutritional habits, and personal health goals. This evaluation forms the foundation for creating a customized plan that aligns with individual needs. Each program is unique, matching your personal wellness blueprint.

Personalized Fitness Plan: Based on the initial assessment, participants will receive a tailored fitness plan that includes a variety of workouts designed to meet their goals—whether it's weight loss, muscle gain, improved endurance, or overall fitness enhancement. We have a organized Integrated Health Program that tackles new topics each week.

Or, you and your group choose the pertinent topics and your coach will organize, facilitate and share related resources weekly.

Initial Group Assessment: The program begins with an introductory session where participants will share their health goals, challenges, and expectations. This collaborative assessment helps to tailor the program's focus areas to meet the unique needs of the group.
